LEMON JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE (WATER, CONCENTRATED LEMON JUICE)
The liquid that is contained within lemons. Physical processes such as pressing, crushing or squeezing are applied to the fruit to express their natural juices. The juice is concentrated by removing some of the water. Water is added back to the concentrated juice to reconstitute it to single strength juice.
